...just a Pic of The Prodigy posing for us Humans.…und dann das Ding hier: “We Eat Rhythm”, The Prodigy.

Screenshot from feckin Fools Rhythm, dude! Believe!Heut ein wenig in Frankfurt City unterwegs gewesen, dabei u.a.

Screenshot from Meek's Cutoff Preview TrailerHaven’t even seen “True Grit“, there already is another promising western on it’s way, being released to theatres in April 2011: “Meek’s Cutoff”, by director Kelly Reichardt, who’s name sounds somewhat familiar to me, though according to IMDb i have yet to see one of her creations (“Old Joy” could be good for example, featuring Will Oldham as protagonist and soundtrack by Yo La Tengo). Guess i will change that very soon, trailer looks gorgeous!

Screenshot from Game of Thrones Preview TrailerBrowsing through the latest trailers at IMDb, i saw something called “Game of Thrones” and at first i thought “kinda like this, but it looks really LOTR, do i need another LOTR-like movie, i am not sure”… found out this actually is a new tv series, starting April 17, 2011, on HBO! Looks big, funny i never heard of it before. Am really excited to see it now!

Mike StarrMan, this totally sucks… yesterday was my birthday, which in itself didn’t suck, would there not be the fact that Mike Starr, former Alice In Chains bassist, passed away. First Lane, now Mike… no details have been made public yet, but both guys had a lot of trouble with heroin… which makes this even more tragic.

I am really not sure if i should do this… support stupid commercials and all… don’t even know if this water is any good… but how can you not love this video? how can you not love everything Jennifer Aniston does? See, i really had no choice! Besides, i really think this IS smart… and i want to always support smart.

Screenshot from "Battlefield 3 Fault Line Episode 1: Bad Part Of Town" Gameplay TrailerI watched the first Battlefield 3 teaser trailer like a 180 times. It looked so damn gorgeous, but was always over way too soon…

Now they released a longer gameplay trailer, and still, holy shit, does this look good!

Screenshot from Ridge Racer Unbounded Announcement TrailerNo, that is not a typo in the title. It is actually called “UnboundED”. As a matter of fact, i accidentally typed in “Unbound” in the first place, until i realized what was going on…

So, is this supposed to be funny? I guess it is, because the trailer is hilarious(ed):

Tactical overview of "Pier17", one of two maps in the CRYSIS 2 multiplayer demow00t, CRYSIS 2 multiplayer demo is out! Just downloaded it on Steam and played for an hour, the first thing i noticed was how i got my ass handed to me… well, i played with an Xbox360 controller in front of my tv, so it’s noone’s fault but my own… but i basically just wanted to see how it runs, looks, feels, and as i already was sitting comfy on my couch…

Snapshot from the music video to Sugar Ray's hit single "Mean Machine"Alright, one more until i am off for the weekend: Sugar Ray’s stone old hit “Mean Machine”, which i just remembered while blogging that Green Machine thing… “Mean Machine” is known from 1998 Playstation game “Road Rash 3D”. The Geroge Mason Green Machine pep band performing Rage Against The Machine's "Killing In The Name"“The Green Machine” is a so called “pep band” from the George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, USA. A pep band, as i just learned from Wikipedia, is a non-marching marching band, that mostly plays at sports events, to cheer up, or “pep up” the crowd.

…and here they are playing “Killing In The Name” by Rage Against The Machine. Let me tell you, i DID cheer!

Space Shuttle Discovery's final liftoffYay, i found several short videos of the launch i missed on the NASA website! I was even able to sneak copies into The Labz, so i can show them to you!

There is another, aproximately 10 minutes long, video on redOrbit, which covers the flight from liftoff to orbiting in one uncut (i guess) sequence. Unfortunately this cannot be embedded, so go over there if you want to see that.

I think the NASA videos are more than sufficient though, as they capture the most important moments, plus they also have some pre-flight documentary with interesting images and facts, which you will also see here… ready?
